We have our own direct booking website, plus we list on over 16 online channels including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and many more.

You’ll have access to your personal owner’s portal. You can login at any time and see all your bookings in one calendar. You’ll also receive a detailed breakdown of earnings every month.

We are responsible for all guest communication 24/7. It is all part of the service.

In general, yes. We estimate at least +20% on the short term market. It can be way more; however, we like to under promise and over deliver.

All properties come fully furnished and feature many of the amenities you enjoy at home, ensuring a comfortable ‘home away from home’ experience. Beds will be prepared with fresh linens, and towels will be provided. However, if you plan on visiting the beach, please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Yes, all the properties include WIFI that is free to use.

We offer initial supplies of amenities such as soap, shampoo, and body wash. For extended stays, we recommend bringing your own preferred products.

Yes, we require a copy of your Photo ID that matches the name on the booking. This is a requirement of our insurance provider for the properties we operate in.
